Casual Exams Invigilator

Park High School is a highly successful 11-18 mixed school with nearly 1550 students in a pleasant location in Stanmore.  The school achieves excellent results and the high quality of relationships is frequently commented upon.

We currently have vacancies for Casual Examinations Invigilators to work on an “as and when” basis during the times of school examinations, i.e. May/June and November/December.  The successful candidate should have some experience of the examinations process and the ability to following written procedures with meticulous attention to detail.  We prefer candidates who can commit to full time availability during the exam seasons. It is expected at Park High School that all invigilators will be available throughout the exam period. Morning sessions start at 8am and afternoon sessions start at 1pm, finish times for exams depend on the exams but an average session will end at 11am and 4pm, but some exams may take longer. During exam season, exams may be conducted in the morning or afternoon. The invigilators should be present during the entire exam.

You should have a good all-round education and ideally have 5 GCSEs Grade 4 or above including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Salary: £13.68 per hour (+ holiday pay)
