Year 13 Leavers' Ball 2016

 Year 13 Leavers’ Ball – Friday 8th July 2016.

On Friday 8th July 2016, our Year 13 students marked the end of their time at Park High with a Leavers’ dinner and dance at Grim’ s Dyke Hotel.  The evening began with drinks in Lady Gilberts’ Garden and as the sunset we moved into the music room for a formal three-course dinner and speeches.

Arjun Kerai 13PI took up the role of Master of Ceremonies and he kept the evening going as he turned into a master DJ as we moved into the dancing part of the programme.  Heartfelt speeches were made by the Head Boy Kishan Patel 13BA and Deputy Head Boy Vijay Rabadiya 13JP. The evening was well organised by Head Girl, Trisha Verkariya 13KE, Umisha Nardini 13BA, Yasmin Ford 13PI and Riya Visavadia 13VL.

I know I speak for all the staff at Park High when I say it has been an honour and privilege to teach and tutor you.

Whilst you have graduated from Park High school into a challenging world of change and uncertainty, we know you leave us as a group of young people who have a clear moral compass and determination about how you will make a difference in the world.  You are at the start of a fantastic journey, there is more to learn, new people to meet and places to go.

To the class of 2016, we wish you all the best.
