35 hours per week, Term Time + 3 weeks (during summer holiday)
8.30am to 4pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Actual Salary: £20,128 - £22,008 (depending on experience)
We are looking for someone to support our Finance Officer. You will be responsible for processing of orders and invoices; checking goods received and dealing with enquiries from suppliers, budget holders and students.
You should have GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, a sound knowledge of computerised finance systems and controls, the ability to prioritise work, an excellent level of ICT skills, including databases, MS Outlook, and spreadsheets. Experience of using Access is desirable but not essential. You should have the ability to prioritise your own workload, dealing with changing and conflicting demands effectively.
