Human Resources Administrator

Park High School is looking for a discreet, enthusiastic and outgoing individual who wishes to gain experience and relevant qualifications in HR administration. They will assist and deputise for our HR Manager in all areas of administration including organisation, recruitment and payroll.

Initially 2 days per week Thursday and Friday (13.4 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break).  Term time only plus 2 weeks

HO3/HO5 (dependent on experience) - Actual Salary: £7,392 to £8,836 (£22,185 - £26,520 pro-rata)

The successful candidate will demonstrate they pay attention to detail and be the public face of the school when they welcome visitors and candidates to the school. Confidentiality is essential. 

Park High School is a highly successful 11-18 mixed school with nearly 1600 students in a pleasant location in Stanmore.  The school achieves excellent results and the high quality of relationships is frequently commented upon. Ofsted (2013) judged the school outstanding in all areas.
