Salary H07 £34,494 (actual salary £29,371)

Park High School is a highly successful 11-19 mixed school with nearly 1550 students in a pleasant location in Stanmore. The school achieves excellent results, and the high quality of relationships is frequently commented upon. We are looking to appoint a talented and committed individual with the qualities, skills and drive necessary to fulfil this key role.  

The role forms part of a wider pastoral team whose aim is to promote the physical health and emotional and mental wellbeing of students. You will be responsible for the provision of first aid services to students, staff and visitors and contribute to wider health strategies and practices across the school. 

You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and understanding of students’ development and needs and a flexible approach. 

You will line manage the part time Welfare Assistant.
